Making your tour reservation with us is easy!
- Contact us by e-mail (info@travelguidetogeorgia.com) to check space availability on the tour(s) you are interested in and consult with a travel specialist. Deposit can be made by credit card over the phone, money transfer or direct deposit into our business account, or mailed in with your tour reservation form.
- Read and complete the Tour Reservation Form. Read our Terms and Conditions.
- Send the completed Tour Reservation Form to us. At time of reservation, a per person $500 (non-refundable) deposit is due.Upon receipt of your deposit and signed reservation form, a complete information booklet will be forwarded to you. The booklet contains general information on how to prepare you for your journey, itinerary update (descriptive daily itinerary for small group tours). As well as information on travel insurance – trip interruption/cancellation, baggage & travel documents, medical coverage and more.

Visa Applications
We will provide visa applications (if required) as well as easy to follow instructions for visa application processing. Visa packets are usually sent 120 days prior to departure. Visa fees are not included.
Payment Schedule
Final invoices are usually sent 90 days prior to departure with final payment due 60 days prior to departure.
